Our story
Meet Daniel Malveira, the Name Behind the Company
Malveira Home Renovation LLC was founded by Daniel Malveira with a simple idea: homeowners deserve one accountable team that shows up, does the work right, and stands behind it. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, Daniel built the company around the renovations that change how a home looks and lives.
Based in Dallas, Georgia, the team serves homeowners across Northwest Metro Atlanta and the Greater Chattanooga area in Georgia and Tennessee. This is a local, family-run business: every project is planned, scheduled, and finished with the same care we would want in our own home.
What we do
Renovation Services for Floors, Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Paint
We focus on the updates homeowners ask for most and manage each one from the estimate to the final walkthrough. Many projects combine several of these services, such as new floors with fresh paint, and our own crew handles every part instead of passing the work to strangers.
How we work
Clear, Clean, and On Schedule
The way a renovation is managed matters as much as the craftsmanship. These four habits shape every Malveira project, so you know the price before we start, you always know who to call, your home is respected while we work, and the result is backed after we leave.
- 01
A Written Scope Before We Start
Every project begins with a free in-home estimate and a written proposal with materials, schedule, and price.
- 02
One Team, One Point of Contact
Floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and paint are handled by our crew, not handed off to strangers.
- 03
Respect for Your Home
Floor and furniture protection, dust containment, and daily cleanup are standard on every job.
- 04
We Stand Behind the Work
Every project includes a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Trust and credentials
