How much does a renovation cost?

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Malveira Home Renovation offers free consultations and free in-home estimates with no obligation. We measure the space, look at the existing floors, walls, cabinets, or plumbing, review material options with you, and explain the recommended scope, so you understand the work and the price before you decide anything.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes. Malveira Home Renovation LLC is a registered and fully insured renovation company. Our crews work inside your home for days at a time, so coverage matters for you and for the people doing the work. Ask for proof of insurance during your free estimate and we will provide it.
Are you Google Guaranteed?
Yes. Malveira Home Renovation LLC is a Google Guaranteed business, which means the company passed the background and insurance checks Google requires for the program. It is one more layer of trust on top of our registration, our insurance, our written proposals, and the 1-year warranty on our work.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every project comes with a 1-year warranty on our workmanship. If something we installed or finished fails because of how it was done, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as flooring, finishes, and fixtures apply on top of our own workmanship warranty.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Malveira Home Renovation accepts credit card payments, along with the usual payment methods. The payment schedule is written into your proposal before work begins, so you know exactly when each payment is due and what part of the project it covers. There are no surprise charges at the end.
How long does a typical project take?
Floor refinishing usually takes 3 to 5 days and flooring installation 1 to 7 days. Bathrooms take about 1 to 6 weeks and kitchens about 2 to 10 weeks, depending on the scope. Painting takes 1 to 7 days. Your written proposal includes a realistic schedule for your specific project.
